- the Ministry of Territorial Administration, Decentralization and Security (MATDS),
- NGO Partnership Department (DP-ONG),
- tax authorities,
- Mining Administration.
The firm's partners were present through
the following departments :
- General Management,
- Representation of externally-funded projects and NGOs (Country Representative and Deputy Country Representative),
- Finance,
- Logistics,
- Human Resources
Discussions focused on the rights and obligations of partners in administrative, tax and social matters, whether in the field of non-profit organizations, mines or other commercial companies.
